If you want an NYE you don’t have to spend alone and sad, you can take steps to remedy it. If you choose not to, that’s on you.

If you don’t like the people around you, there are a million ways to meet new people with similar interests.
If you don’t like your job, instead of Xbox, maaturbation and complaining on Lemmy but pretending they’re really questions for everyone, maybe look at what skills you can develop or what other jobs you could apply to.
No one is responsible for your life but you. Sympathy is for those making an effort to improve their situation.

Inadvertently or not, you’ve parroted a lot of Right Wing talking points. They usually insist thinking of race is itself racist, white people are actually the most discriminated and so on. From the Left, the refusal to see/think of race etc is a convenient way to ignore structural racism etc.
The first part of your last post comes across as a tone deaf right winger trying to say we should stop talking about race. And once people have read that first paragraph, they are unlikely to read much in depth of the next few.

Life is pretty awesome, I’m lucky enough to enjoy most days. Work’s engaging, after work I play sports with friends 3 days a week, other weekdays are organized to fit in chores or other friends. And weekends are for bigger plans and/or chores, plus another soccer game or two with friends.
