Can I get a deal on some avacados?
Yeah I get you, the motorcycle accident trying to avoid a turtle in the road was my accident. I was only going about 15mph when I dodged it but clipped a curb and went over the handlebars. The hit to the head is why an ambulance can take you against your will. If you are “in your faculties” they cannot force you to go… but if concussed or such they can take you either way because you may be a danger to yourself or others.
They likely do not know the price before you get in either. It is going to be a different amount for every person, and varied by insurance. And the companies will make up numbers and try to get as much as they can.
~$16,000 is what it cost me to unwillingly go to a hospital in an ambulance, given an MRI (with my phone, wallet still in my pockets… Thankfully only my head went in I guess) and then released 4 hours later blood still dried on my face and told to see my normal doctor to get the results. Had torn something in my thigh and lost a molar, but neither of those issues were addressed. My buddy picked me up and we were gone.
That was 2016 prices. Young and dumb and made a stupid mistake…
Yeah, that was my thought. Put a page on their government website. I would recommend their state department of homeland security for emergency services
Make a subpage: https://www.caloes.ca.gov/office-of-the-director/operations/homeland-security/
Their mission statement on that site fits perfectly with it:
“We protect California by leveraging partnerships, bolstering capabilities, illuminating threats, sharing intelligence and advancing the Homeland Security Strategy.”
I mean the guy even supports Gaetz after the investigation shows that he has sex with an underage girl for money… And was friends with Epstein and company…
He’s trying to dilute the accusations surrounding himself likely by just falsely a claiming others are involved in things he was.
I think we could do more than a 10% cut.

I took one recently and found out Lyft was taking the ride at a loss. (They must average out the rides). I needed to drop my vehicle somewhere for maintenance, called a Lyft and it was something like 5.42 before I added a tip. I asked the driver when it had gotten so much cheaper and he said he had been doing well and checked and was getting paid $9 before tip for the ride. Told him I was giving him $10 for going out of his way as a tip, and the app actually wouldn’t allow me to tip that much, I couldn’t get above 9.58 or something. Anyways, slower areas they must be taking a loss to try to get more market in the area.
Also, Lyft has always been better for me when needed, Uber won’t allow me to schedule a ride, so you have to wait till you want to leave, and in a slow area that just means… There might not be anyone. If I schedule it with Lyft for a set time I’ve never had an issue with that.
Unlicensed hunting leads to culling to much of a species in an area and ultimately it dying out. For the most part, even the dumb hunters understand if you kill to many this year hunting, there won’t be anything to hunt moving forward. So they wouldn’t want to chance not having the ability to hunt anything anymore I imagine. Same thing goes for the fishing and such. Though invasive species such as lionfish should be open season year round. But that is commonly done with diving gear, nets and spears usually because they have poisonous spines on them. (They do taste delicious though). They started an annual lionfish contest at a place I lived at about 7 years ago, so they had enough to feed everyone who came.
The chart showing how much money the CEO has made off selling the stock… wouldn’t he run out of shares? It appears executives have sold over a billion dollars in 2024.
Makes you wonder if they heard these investigations were ongoing and figured they’d sell shares before lawsuits came and any potential dips in the company worth.
If so… insider trading charges would be nice
From what I see his name was Jake Li and he was attempting to safeguard endangered species against pesticides. So… His position is now vacant. Guessing Texas couldn’t stand for it
He/they released this, so maybe I would have to more digging to gain further understanding.

Edit: it appears he was “brought in” to that position when Biden entered office, and he is moving to the Department of Interior’s fish and wildlife division. I suspect that they knew the upcoming and current cuts to the EPA would thin them out and the Fish and Wildlife department is less likely to be gone after, as that’s who you get your hunting/fishing etc licenses from. I imagine the establishment that gives out licenses to shoot animals for fun, isn’t likely to be targeted by Republicans
Nah, Deadpool already used it, it’s like an unwritten rule. When a guy in spandex runs around making millions faking a fight scene with it, you aren’t supposed to reuse it.
