Less reflection from the panel will impact the energy retained by the earth. I speculate it will increase heart temperature.

The core problem is if you have people’s attention that is worth money, and it will always be a corrupting influence in any medium.
I agree with what other people have said plus:
The bed should only be used for sleeping, when you wake up get out of bed and don’t go back. Don’t use your laptop or phone in bed, if you still have a tv - don’t watch it in bed.
This helps set the situational subconscious expectation that the bed is for sleeping.
dog piling machine too!
A two way bridge - yes
People you trust, in real life, is a good start
If you find value in the book, it doesn’t matter who wrote it. Now… author reputation is a good metric, if a AI is consistently pumping out good books… then its time to welcome the robot overlords.
Asking other people you trust for recommendations is a great starting point.

Most of it doesn’t matter, so summaries aren’t of much use. You do occasionally get the year in review compilations.
Very important stuff is going to stay relevant, in the new cycle, in your community social circle, for a long period of time. So you’ll be kept abreast of it that way
A wonderful writeup, I love the detailed photos!
These figures should be inflation adjusted
Also why no big Mac?
2014 $5.39 inflation adjusted to 2024 $7.18
Yeah, I’m subscribed. I like the summaries! It’s a good idea.
I’m not sure if its possible, but can you torture your model to try to generate a one sentence summary as well, kinda like - make a factual headline for this article that is short and succinct!
https://www.economist.com/rss - They do enjoy their paywalls, might need to link to one of the ladders as well, like archive.is
Every source has a bias, sometimes what is NOT reported is a stronger signal then what is reported.
I pull news from multiple biased sources and stitch together my own view.
The Economist (USA), BBC (UK), Reuters(UK), Al Jazerra (QAT) , CGTN (china), CNA (SGP) - Gives quite the picture of events, from multiple perspectives!
Remember the Left-Right spectrum is only a very shallow view of the world, its multidimensional politics out there with many different incentives!
They could be tracking you by your phone number. Yes just the phone number, not an app on the phone.
If you need to keep your current number, Port it to twilio, filter out all VoIP numbers, and then forward the call to your new phone number, or text message. And don’t text anybody back unless you know them.
The phone number on your phone is like a social security number, with it people can find out basically everything about you. If they want to spend enough money. So don’t give it to anybody
Check your vehicle, your purse, for tracking devices.
If you don’t need to keep your current phone number, get a new phone number, don’t give it to anybody. Set up Google voice, and use the Google voice number for people to contact you. We mostly use apps nowadays anyway, so anything on Google voice is just going to be new contacts or maybe a doctor’s office. But if that number leaks somehow, it can’t be used to track your location.
Context matters:
Taking a group photo? Stock photo models? PR? Greeter? - yes, asking someone to smile for a goal is fine
Someone just minding their own business - no, asking them to smile is selfish and just for your personal satisfaction. People don’t need to justify to you why they don’t feel like smiling. It’s rude to demand it of others
Okay. I really laughed out loud on that one
I honestly thought the project was totally dead
(You’re linked post doesn’t address any of my points, and just repeat yourself, but okay fine)
Okay, if I understand that post correctly, you want direct democracy to determine moderation in a community.
How do you prevent brigading? What about a community talking about sensitive topics, like diet and exercise? Or vegan versus carnivore? One side’s going to have more people than the other, and they can moderate the other into silence?
I think it’s an interesting experiment, just like craigslist used to do, or slashdot with metamoderation.
If you build it, I’ll give it a shot
Trauma bond over shared family drama.
No… this is a human problem. Anyone with attention can wield it, people with agenda covet it
